Welcome to the Rentico booking platform. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Rentico website and all reservations made through our platform.
By accessing this website and making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
Company / Rentico —
Refers to Rentico Vacation Homes Rental LLC, a holiday homes operator licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Holiday Home / Property —
Refers to a furnished residential unit licensed for short-term rental in accordance with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) Holiday Homes regulations.
Guest / You —
Refers to the individual making the booking and all accompanying occupants staying at the property.
Website / Platform —
Refers to the Rentico website and online booking system.
Booking —
Refers to a confirmed reservation for accommodation made through the Rentico website or associated booking platforms.
2. Company Information
Rentico Vacation Homes Rental LLC operates holiday homes in Dubai in accordance with the applicable regulations issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Trade License No. 1581069, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai. All properties listed by Rentico are registered as licensed Holiday Homes in compliance with Dubai regulations.
3. Eligibility to Book
By making a reservation, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old

You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

You will be present during the stay or will designate a responsible adult occupant
Rentico reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not meet eligibility requirements.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:

Full payment or required deposit has been received

A confirmation email has been issued
Rentico reserves the right to cancel reservations where payment authorization fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Payment Terms
All reservations must be paid in full prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include:

Online Payment Gateways

Bank Transfers

Other approved payment methods
Prices displayed on the website may include accommodation fees, cleaning fees, Tourism Dirham fee, and applicable taxes or service charges. Rentico reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of obvious errors or technical issues.
6. Tourism Dirham Fee
In accordance with Dubai regulations, a Tourism Dirham Fee is charged per bedroom per night and must be paid by guests staying in licensed Holiday Homes. This fee is mandated by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and is remitted directly to the government.
7. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be offered subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must provide identification documents as required by Dubai authorities prior to check-in.
8. Guest Registration Requirements
In accordance with Dubai regulations, Rentico is required to register all guests staying at the property. Guests must provide:

Failure to provide required identification may result in denial of check-in.
9. Maximum Occupancy
Each property has a maximum permitted occupancy as defined by Dubai Holiday Homes regulations. Guests must not exceed the permitted number of occupants listed in the booking confirmation. Unauthorized additional guests may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the stay, or eviction without refund.
10. Security Deposit
Rentico may require a refundable security deposit prior to check-in. The deposit covers property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, and violations of house rules. Deposits are typically refunded within 7–14 business days after check-out, subject to inspection.
11. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:

Respect the property and its furnishings

Follow all building and community rules

Maintain reasonable noise levels

Dispose of waste properly

Leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
12. Community Rules & Conduct
All guests must comply with Dubai community regulations and building management rules, including:

No parties or events unless explicitly permitted

No illegal activities

Respect quiet hours set by the building

Compliance with safety regulations

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by Rentico prior to booking
Rentico reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if guests violate building rules or cause disturbances.
13. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Rentico properties. Smoking in prohibited areas may result in cleaning penalties, damage charges, and security deposit deductions of up to AED 5,000.
14. Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges may apply for broken furniture or appliances, missing items, lost access cards, and excessive cleaning. Rentico reserves the right to deduct such costs from the security deposit or charge the payment method used for the booking.
15. Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Please note: if your booking was made through Airbnb or Booking.com, the cancellation policy of that platform applies and may differ from the above.
16. Force Majeure
Rentico shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, utility failures, or acts of God. In such cases, Rentico may offer alternative accommodation or booking adjustments where possible.
17. Website Use
Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with website functionality, or submit false or misleading booking information. Rentico reserves the right to restrict access to users violating these terms.
18. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Rentico is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentico shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of personal belongings, or interruptions due to building or utility issues beyond our control. Guests are advised to maintain travel insurance for their stay.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
21. Amendments to Terms
Rentico reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
